This cottage is hidden away in a woodland clearing in the idyllic grounds of a private country house, in an oasis of complete peace on the south east edge of Dartmoor National Park. Large sitting room with woodburner, dining room, fitted kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (3 ensuite), private walled garden. Game fishing can be arranged on a stretch of the River Dart, which passes through the grounds. Sleeps 8.

- Little Cotton Caravan Park, South Devon
A family-run caravan park for families, only 1.5 miles from Dartmouth town centre in South Devon, and surrounded by green fields. Little Cotton is a very well-tended park with breathtaking views across the countryside towards Dartmoor. The park covers 7.5 acres of level and gently sloping ground, with 95 touring caravan/motor home pitches (30 of which are hard-standing) plus additional tent pitches.
