- Burrow Farm Gardens
A secluded 13-acre garden between Axminster and Honiton. Of informal design with many unusual shrubs and herbaceous plants. Pergola walk with shrub roses. Woodland with rhododendrons and azaleas, ponds and large bog garden.
- The Maer Interactive Nature Trail
This five acre grassland nature reserve is home to some weird and wonderful wildlife. Climb and slide on huge, wooden beasts in the Play Zone then it’s off to discover critters such as the musical Grasshopper, Wolf Spider and luminous Puss Moth Caterpillar. Using a smartphone, play the free interactive nature trail. BBQ area.
- Tiverton Golf Club
18 hole parkland course which was formed in 1932. The undulating ground provides plenty of variety and the lush pasturage produces some of the finest fairways in the South West.
- Honiton Golf Club
Honiton Golf Club established in 1896 is a lovely course set high in the hills to the east of Honiton town with splendid views across to the Blackdowns. The greens and fairways are maintained in excellent condition.
- Woodbury Park Golf and Country Club
Even if you don’t play your best golf, the scenery alone in Devon is worth the walk, with manicured greens and an abundance of wildlife – this really is golf at it best. You owe it to yourself to come to our club and take the Woodbury challenge.
- Oak Mead Family Golf
This fantastic 9 hole par 3 course has challenging greens, breathtaking views, water hazards practice nets, putting green and pitch ‘n’ putt.

Axe Cliff Golf Club is a century old, 18 hole, par 70, 5969 yards, cliff-top course with spectacular views overlooking the famous Jurassic coastline.
- Padbrook Park Golf & Country Club
The picturesque parkland course features interesting water hazards, natural woodland and rolling fairways with ample practice facilities which include putting, chipping and bunker areas.
- Thorn Park Golf Centre
All standards of golf are catered for from complete beginners up to the experienced golfer. A challenging new nine hole par 3 course was opened in 2003 and there are covered and open driving bays, a pitch & putt course, putting green, childrens crazy golf and shop selling golfing equipment and refreshments.
