Delightful 4 star self-catering cottages situated in the lovely village of Marldon in South Devon. An ideal location to explore the award winning beaches, beautiful country side and historic towns of, Totnes, Dartmouth and Torquay. An ideal place for a cottage holiday, short break or late availability holiday any time of year. Relax and enjoy the sundeck and pool from May to mid September.

The ancient village of Marldon, its lanes, countryside ancient Church and Church House Inn are featured in several published Devon walking guides.

Millmans Cottages are believed to date back to the 17th century and it still retain much of its charm and character. The cottages have been tastefully converted, decorated and fitted, each with its own individual style and offer a variety of accommodation from a cosy hideaway for two, Lilac Cottage, family cottages sleeping four and our large Honeysuckle Cottage with three bedrooms.

Bluebell Cottage
Sleeps up to four people

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen with light wood units with co-ordinating furniture and soft furnishings. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room.

On the ground floor there is spacious lounge/diner with light wood co-ordinating furniture and a separate modern kitchen. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a shower room.

Jasmine Cottage
Sleeps up to four people + small child

Spacious cottage can sleep up to four adults and can also accommodate one small child in two bedrooms. On the ground floor a lounge/diner and a modern kitchen which leads to a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin plus an additional separate toilet. A spacious bedroom with a king size bed, vanity unit with hand basin and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden, ideal for a family of four or two couples.

Honeysuckle Cottage
Sleeps up to six people + two children

This large cottage can sleep up to six adults and can also accommodate one small child in three bedrooms. On the ground floor a lounge/diner and a modern kitchen leading to the private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin plus an additional separate toilet. One spacious bedroom with a king size bed, vanity unit with hand basin, second large bedroom with a double and a single bed, vanity unit with wash hand basin and a third twin bedroom, this makes it ideal for extended families and groups of friends.

Lilac Cottage
Sleeps one or two people

A cosy character two storey beamed cottage, a hideaway for two! On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting/dining room/kitchen with comfortable furniture, an entrance lobby and toilet. On the first floor is an open plan beamed double bedroom with ensuite shower and hand basin.

Facilities

A beautiful secluded garden with sun deck, loungers and solar heated swimming pool.The pool is open from the end of May to mid September at the owner’s discretion, subject to weather.The charming garden has lots of character with local granite dry stone walls, mature trees and shrubs. The rear garden is on two levels accessed by four granite steps to the higher level and two steps to the deck, the pathways are shingle and there are raised flower beds edged with granite stones.

Families, we provide free of charge, cots, high chairs, baby bath, stair gate and baby monitor.

Pets are welcomed in Rose and Primrose Cottages and we can tell you where there are of lots of nice dog friendly places where you will be welcomed.

Walkers and Clycists, we can provide lots of local information on walks and cycle tracks. We have a safe dry place to store your bikes and walking equipments.

Across the road is a park with swings and slides and a wide open space to exercise our four legged guests.

Laundry room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer and washing lines for drying. Freezer avaiible for extra food storage.
