| Millmans self-catering holiday
cottages are situated in the tranquil village of
Marldon, in beautiful South Hams, Devon. Ideally
located to explore the award winning beaches of
South Devon, Dartmoor National Park and the historic
towns of Totnes and Dartmouth. Marldon's lanes,
countryside and Church House Inn are featured in
several published walking guides ranging from a
short stroll through the village to a ten mile adventure
taking in Compton Castle and surrounding villages. |
| Millmans is believed to date
back to the 17th century and still retains much
of its charm and character; the attractive cottages
nestle around a courtyard and beautiful cottage
garden, with its sundeck and sparkling solar heated
swimming pool. |
| The five cottages offer a variety
of accommodation from a cosy hideaway, Lilac Cottage
to our largest Honeysuckle Cottage with its three
spacious bedrooms. Each cottage has its own particular
charm and character and are all furnished and presented
to the same high standards. |

| This large cottage can
sleep up to six adults and can also accommodate
two children in three bedrooms. On the ground floor
a lounge/diner and a modern kitchen leading to the
private terrace overlooking the garden. On the first
floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet
and washand basin,seperate toilet, two spacious
bedrooms each with double and single beds and with
vanity units and hand basins and a third twin bedroom,
this makes it ideal for extended families and groups
of friends. |

| A cosy character
two storey beamed cottage, a hideaway for two! On
the ground floor there is an open plan sitting/dining
room/kitchen with comfortable furniture, an entrance
lobby and toilet. On the first floor is an open
plan beamed double bedroom with ensuite shower and
hand basin. |

| A beautiful secluded garden
with sun deck, loungers and solar heated swimming
pool with sparkling water treated with environmentally
friendly products.The pool is open from the end
of May to mid September at the owner’s discretion,
subject to weather. |
| For younger guests a Wendy house
and sand pit in the garden and across the road a
park with swings and slide and space to play football
for budding David Beckhams and a wide open space
to exercise our four legged guests. |
| Laundry room with coin operated
washing machine and tumble dryer and washing lines
for drying. |
| We have DVD players in all our
cottages and a DVD library for all our guests to
use. |
| For alfresco diners we have
a barbeque area for disposable barbeque's with table
and chairs. |
