Family run, this historic house set in its own grounds surrounded by the beautiful Otter Valley has 27 en-suite rooms, indoor heated swimming pool, squash courts, sauna and solarium. Dine in the Otterview restaurant with its superb cuisine and fine wines.


	Business Residential and non-residential conferences for up to 100 can be accommodated. The quiet rural setting helps concentrate the mind.

Sport
If golf is your game we have five local courses and can offer professional tuition packages. The Hotel offers two squash courts, sauna and indoor heated pool. Horse riding, fishing, sailing and hill climbing all feature in our calendar.

On Tour
We are the ideal location, only six miles from Sidmouth and twelve miles from the centre of Exeter. Dartmoor, Exmoor and the South Devon Coastal Footpath are all near at hand. With many tourist attractions and National Trust properties there's something for everyone.

From Bristol via the M5 Junction 29

Come off the motorway onto the A30 in the London direction. proceed to the Straightway Head Junction and follow signs to Ottery St mary.
When you reach the 30mph signs, turn right at the first junction. A signpost in the hedge will guide you. At the next crossroads follow the signpost direction to Tipton St John and the hotel is half a mile along that road on the left.

Southbound from London via A30 (A303)

Come off the A30 at Straightway head junction for Ottery St Mary.
