Swimming
Pool
What better way to relax on holiday than a lovely swim in our own private indoor swimming pool. With water heated to 85 degrees our fully tiled air conditioned pool measures 13' x 26' and is solely for the use of our cottage guests. The pool is open 9.00am to 8.00pm or dusk. Many children learn to swim while on holiday and we award a certificate to those who do.
Mountain Bikes
Take to the lanes on a mountain bike, or for the youngsters from "tots to teens" a great selection of bikes, trikes and ride ons to use around the grounds, best of all the hugely popular giant go-cart. Learn to cycle on our flat safe area and gain a certificate.
Play Area
Our grounds are all private and off the road, so play tennis on the lawn, climb and swing on the adventure play set and new for this year Treas-tops Fort and the Sand Shanty. Enjoy a tasty barbecue or relax in a quiet corner of the garden.
Local Area
Treaslake is beautifully situated in the heart of the picturesque Otter Valley, renowned for wildlife and unspoiled countryside yet with easy access to local attractions, coastal resorts and exquisite towns. One mile away is the unique family friendly Otter Inn, another mile takes you to Honiton "antiques capitol of the south west" with a traditional bustling high street and street market. Seven miles south to Sidmouth, elegant Regency resort. Try Beer with it's smugglers coves or Branscombe NT coastline. Walk a section of the south-west Coastal Path, or collect shells on Exmouth's long stretch of sandy beach. A little further takes you to the famous Lyme Regis with it's breathtaking "cob" harbour wall and famous fossil hunts. There are numerous attractions for children in the area, especially popular with all ages being Crealy Park. Local pubs and restaurants offer anything from quick snacks to a gourmet meal. Shop in the cathedral city of Exeter. East Devon's Golden Triangle has it all.
