Before you complete this form please telephone us to confirm availability of the dates and cottage you require. Bookings will be held provisionally for 5 days (7 days overseas) in order for you to return the booking form and your deposit. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by return. The balance of the cost of your holiday is due at least one month (six weeks overseas) prior to arrival.

BOOKING must be made using the printable booking form and are accepted when you receive confirmation from us.
CANCELLATION We provide holiday cancellation insurance FREE OF CHARGE for all our guests(this does not cover travel expenses)
ARRIVAL DAY The premises are not open to arrivals until 4.00 pm. Should you be arriving after 6.00pm you must inform us of your arrival time.
DEPARTURE you must vacate your cottage by 10am
GUESTS Occupation of the cottage and use of the facilities limited to guests named on the booking form.
SAFETY You are responsible for your own safety and that of your children at all times. You are responsible for the supervision of your children at all times. We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss, damage or theft of your property/money however caused or sustained.
PETS Guests may not bring pets to the cottages or any other part of the premises.
OUR FULL CONDITIONS WILL BE SENT ON REQUEST
