Nestling in a large and peaceful garden beside an ancient Devon lane, Orcheton Mill is truly delightful. This pretty and comfortable house is perfectly located in the heart of the popular South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty containing some of the very best coves and coastal walks in the country. Wonwell Beach at the mouth of the River Erme is about two miles and has large areas of fine sand; to the East and within easy driving distance are attractive towns and villages – Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes and Dartmouth.

Visitors to Orcheton will also want to spend time in the spacious yet cosy old house, or perhaps sitting out on the attractive patio or by the pond. There is an apple orchard on a steep slope and a large field where dogs can be safely exercised. Whether full of activity or quietly relaxing, a holiday in this lovely place is a ‘not-to-be-missed’ experience.
