The spacious lounge has four cream leather sofas which easily sit 8 people. It also has remote control LCD TV, DVD and Freeview Channels and a hi-fi system with radio, CD & tape players. The double patio doors open on to the decked balcony where there is a selection of outdoor furniture.

Reading Room
This is central to the house enjoying fantastic views and is a place to relax outside the lounge area.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is fitted to a very high standard. It contains a dishwasher ceramic hob and oven, microwave and large fridge and freezer. The dining table easily seats eight and a high chair is also available. The double patio doors open on to the south facing decked balcony where there is a selection of garden furniture.

Bedrooms
There are four spacious bedrooms. Two with double beds, one of which is en suite; one with twin beds and one with bunk beds. A travel cot is available on request.

Bathroom and En-Suite
The bathroom and ensuite are newly fitted and tiled. The bathroom has its own shower coon action for hair washing whereas the en suite has a new Mira eco shower with extra-room cubicle.

Balcony
Uninterrupted views towards Dartmoor can be enjoyed from the 10 x 40ft decked balcony that spans the whole length of the house.

Indoor Heated Pool and Sauna
This is available from 10am until 7pm. Daily between March and October, also Christmas and New Year. It has its own changing rooms and shower facility and a built in sauna. The Roman end steps to the pool allow gradual access for small children or elderly bathers.

Outdoor Area
within the three and a half acres of grounds there is a wooden children's adventure play area, Wendy house and built in barbecue.

Private Fishing Lake
Our very own private fishing lake is ideal for those who enjoy the sport, as it is the most peaceful and beautiful setting.
