Higher farm is ideally placed for touring both moors and coast and is set in a beautiful and interesting area on the western edge of dartmoor.1ml from Brentor and 3mls from Tavistock, birth place of Sir Francis Drake and renown for its award winning food shops and markets. Higher farm overlooks our peaceful wooded valley where buzzards evocatively call and many other species of birds and mammals are to be found.

Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

Our sons David and Peter run a dairy farm at Heathfield farm (1/2ml) and would welcome you to watch the milking and calf feeding or have fun with the dogs willow, velvet, bess and carrik, play frizzby, frolic, waggle and sometimes work!!!.
