The approach is down a tree-lined drive with parking, picnic & BBQ area with table and children's play area.

The southern windows face our lovely wooded valley, surrounding countryside and views of Dartmoor National Park.

Local places of interest nearby are; Brentor Church on the Hill, Lydford Gorge, 'The White Lady Waterfall' & 'Devils Cauldron' and the award winning, beautiful stannary town of Tavistock, with traditional indoor markets.










The Hayloft, Higher Farm is part of the old farm which dates back over 250 years. It is a converted traditional farm building, built from local green stone with granite quoins and ancient wooden timbered beams and 'King' post trusses.

There are 2/3 bedrooms, sleeping 4/5. There is a shower/bathroom, double and twin bedroom (bed linen provided) - also a cosy gallery haven, looking down over the lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the peace & tranquillity.
