Have a relaxing break in the heart of Devon, set in a peaceful countryside surrounded by breathtaking views. Two holiday cottages sleeping 8 and 6 people. The cottages being very similar are available to let all year round per week or short breaks outside of peak season (3-4 nights). Fishing is available on our large attractive secluded 1 acre trout lake. Both cottages are oil fire central heated throughout and allow 1 pet.

Spring Lake Cottage - Sleeps 8

Recently converted and furnished to provide a high standard of accommodation comprising 4 bedrooms. 2 double each with en-suite shower room and toilet. 2 twin rooms, family bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Separate w.c. downstairs. Large kitchen / breakfast room with automatic washing machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, double cooker and microwave. Dining room, large lounge with woodburner, colour TV and DVD player. Enclosed garden patio with furniture. Ample parking.

Lake View Cottage - Sleeps 6

The 3 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake with far reaching views, is also furnished to a high standard. Upstairs 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Separate shower room with toilet and wash basin downstairs. The kitchen dinner is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer and washer dryer. The comfortable sitting room with colour TV and an open log fire with French doors opening out to the patio.

Situation

We are situated in quiet countryside between the market towns of Holsworthy and Hatherleigh, in an ideal spot for touring the area or just relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

Things To Do

The surfing beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay are within easy reach. Dartmoor National Park is close by as are the National Trust Properties. Various attractions surround us such as 4 golf courese, Course and Trout lake fishing, horse riding, Tarka cycling trails. Funparks for the children to name a few, Big Sheep, Milky Way, Killarney Springs, Brocklands. Dartington Glass factory and the Eden Project is only 1 hours drive away.

Bed linen with £15 of fuel included. The remainder by meter reading at the end of your visit.
