All our cottages and barns are within a few miles of Bude, Cornwall and ideally situated for either touring Devon and Cornwall or simply relaxing by lying on a nearby beach, or if you are feeling energetic there is Fishing, Golfing, Horse Riding, Surfing and even quad biking. All barns have internet connections. We are within easy reach of numerous attractions, interesting towns, quaint villages, charming fishing ports, the Eden project and the Moors, the perfect location for everyone, from family holidays to romantic getaways. |

HOMELEA (sleeps 2 - 4) Homelea is a lovely two bedroom cottage only 1mile from the sea and within walking distance to the local shop or pub. Homelea has a log burner and 4 poster bed which sleeps up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of living room, dining room, tiny study, kitchen and bathroom downstairs.In the kitchen,which opens onto a slate pateo, you will find a painted dresser, pine table, fridge ,cooker and belfast sink as well as all the equipment you may need. |

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a 4-poster bed, the second room has a single bed with pull out guest bed underneath. The cottage has low ceilings and exposed beams in places with the kitchen and study built in the old shippen at the back, there are French doors out onto the garden from the kitchen with a slate patio and bbq. Dogs welcome at £15 per dog per week. |

THE GRANARY (sleeps 2 - 4) The granary is a detached two bedroomed upside down barn with open plan living room with far reaching views of the sea and countryside . The vaulted living room upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen one end seperated from the sitting area by the stairs and includes a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.In the living area there are large squashy sofas,tv, dvd and stereo and a stable door leading to the exterior steps. |

Downstairs,
entering the front door there is the family bathroom with showerbath
and sleek glass basin on the left with the twin bedded room on the
right and an arched doorway leading to the master bedroom along
the beamed hallway. The Granary with its central heating and high
speed internet connection is ideal all year for holidays and business
use .

HYDEAWAY (sleeps 2 - 6) Hydeway is situated in the village of Kilkhampton, 3 miles from Bude, close to the rugged Atlantic coastline with its hidden coves and dramatic cliffs. The village is totally self-contained with butcher, baker, food shops, P.O, two pubs and one of the best fish and chip shops in the area all within walking distance. It is quietly situated off the main square through an arch in a cobbled courtyard and has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. |

Downstairs there is a large living room leading to the kitchen,
utility and bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom with 4 poster
bed, a twin, single and a child's room, there are exposed beams,
inglenook fireplace and cosy furnishings to complement the stencilled
walls and hand painted furniture. Outside the garden is formed from
one of the original strip fields a few yards away. Hydeway is open
all year round with full cenral heating and a log effect fire ensuring
it is always cosy, our guests often remark that it is well named,
a true hide away! Dogs are welcome at £15 per dog per week.

OAK BARN (sleeps 2 - 6) This being one of the largest of the 5 Helscott Barn complex it offers adaptable accommodation with a kitchen/diner, living room, master bedroom with en suite and four poster bed on the ground floor. Upstairs are the second double and a twin room. A bright and sunny bathroom with a corner bath. From the twin room you can see for miles across the countryside up the coastline. The kitchen has sea views. Dishwasher, microwave stainless steel oven and hob, large table and chairs. |

The
living room is entered either through the stable door at the front
or up two steps from the kitchen with three further steps to the
master bedroom. Squashy sofas and the whole property is furnished
to a high standard with TV, DVD player and stereo also broadband
access at no extra charge. There is a private garden area with sea
views and garden furniture.

IVY BARN (sleeps 2 - 4) Ivy Barn which is detached is the newest and smallest of the Helscott Barn complex, sleeping 2/4 people within its spacious interior. The front door opens into the living area with its high vaulted ceiling and galleried platform. The living room is furnished with a huge stunning coffee table, comfortable corner settee which converts to a double bed, an electric log burner as well as the usual tv, stereo, dvd and private high speed internet access. |

The double doors open out to the patio and private garden with superb views over farmland to the sea, ideal for al fresco dining. The master bedroom with en suite shower room has a 4 poster bed with another bathroom complete with huge corner bath situated off the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with window overlooking the patio to take full advantage of the views. The property is all on one level with easy access. |

ACORN BARN 9leeps 2 - 4) Acorn Barn has two bedrooms. Enter through the wide stable door, the spacious entrance hall leads to the bedrooms on the left with the large bathroom complete with bath and seperate shower. The living area is an open plan space with kitchen, dining table and chairs, settee and armchairs. The french doors leading to the outside take you to the private garden with picnic table with views over the spring fed wildlife pond. |

property is on one level with a small step into the hall but with
extra wide doors which may be suitable for wheelchair users. Internet
access. Full central heating included.

ROSE BARN (sleeps 2 - 6) Rose Barn sleeps up to six with two double bedrooms upstairs and a twin bedded room downstairs. There is a high vaulted living area, go through the living room and out of the french doors leading onto a private patio ideal for al-fresco dining. The kitchen dining area is seperated from the living room and contains all the equipment you may need including a dishwasher, washermachine, freezer and microwave. The family bathroom is on the ground floor next to the twin room. |

Upstairs
are the two double rooms, the master bedroom has a 4 poster bed,
antique sofa and en suite shower room whilst the second double is
across the galleried landing. The views across the fields to the
sea mean you can check the surf before going to the beach which
is under 1 mile away.
