All the accommodation is centrally heated and  you  can adjust the thermostats to suit yourselves. The kitchens are modern and well equipped. Heating and electric are included in the price as are bed linen, towels and tea towels.   You only  need to bring your own beach towels and cot bedding. There is also a laundry room on site.
All the cottages have television with satellite, so if you have a sky card just bring it along. We also have a card which can be hired at £2 per night.

An excellent family cottage with three bedrooms downstairs and large open plan living room/ kitchen upstairs. One bedroom has a King-size Bed, one a Double and the other  has 3' Bunk Beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room if required.  Luxury bathroom .

This single storey cottage, designed with the wheelchair user in mind, is also ideal for a family. There are two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with a Hayloft bed and a Single bed. The hayloft bed is only suitable for older children although we can provide a fold up bed.  Large shower room. French doors overlooking gardens.

The Den - Sleeps 2   (Highly Commended 4  key)

A lovely couples cottage with a double bedroom and luxury bathroom  downstairs and  a spacious open plan living room/ kitchen  upstairs. It is possible to have a fold out bed / cot for a young child.   

The Warren - Sleeps 7/9

A family cottage with three bedrooms. Upstairs there is a family room with a double bed and bunk beds and another bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa. The views from this bedroom are superb. The bathroom is upstairs. The downstairs is open plan with kitchen & dining and sitting areas and like the bedrooms has all the old beams exposed. The other bedroom is downstairs and although it is a single there is room for a fold out bed if required. This bedroom has its own sink and toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Along with the use of all the gardens the Warren has its own small walled garden .

The Dray - Sleeps 2

A gorgeous little cottage, where you go up the slate steps to the front door. Once in, you go down to the double bedroom and bathroom or a few more steps up to the open plan living room/ kitchen upstairs. It is possible to have a cot for a young child.
