Welcome to Ramslade
Ramslade has its own special country park ambience. Here you will
find a beautiful landscaped tranquil haven far from the madding crowd.
It nestles in a glade midst rolling Devon hills with pleasant open aspects.
It is only a country lane's mile from one of Devons prettiest villages
- Stoke Gabriel.
Excellent Facilities.
 |
Your comfort and convenience is foremost in
our minds. The pitches are firm, on well tended grass. virtually
every pitch has an electric hook-up, a growing number also have
a water drain and a shared picnic table. These all-service pitches
are on grass or hardstanding.
There are ample water, waste and fire and chemical waste points,
picnic tables aplenty and good driveways. for motor caravans, there
is a dump centre. |
The toilet facilities are excellent - heated tiled
and loads of hot water. There are bathroom tending facilities for
baby.
Clubs and bars can be noisy - we do not have either.
We do have a well stocked licensed shop, a games room and a television
room, and excellent television recepption for those bringing their
own.
Places to play, paddle, swing and toddle.
Children are delighted by our enclosed paddling pool with jacuzzi-style
bubbles and waterfall, whilst parents enjoy the sun terrace. There is
a huge amount of glorious open space for games and play. Separate areas
exist for tots and older children. Each has its appropriate logland
play area. Tots have a wendy house, swings, slide and play fort. Older
children have more robust interests: an aerial runway, a rope bridge
and a fort climbing centre.
For the safety of all, use of bikes, skateboards and rollerblades
is not permitted within the boundaries of the park.
Elsan emptying point.
Permanent storage - we offer fully secured storage throughout
the year. leave your van with confidence.
Servicing and repairs - we have a nearby workshop offering a
full maintenance and repair service and which stocks many accessories.
