on the Park, you'll find you're not far away

The Park's outdoor heated
swimming pool (open late May to September) and
The Peppermint Club are both available to all
our guests free of charge. Coarse fishing is
available at Peppermint Water throughout the
year as well as at the many local fisheries.
Just 680m from the Park,
there are two miles of safe, sandy beach backed
by Dawlish Warren's National Nature Reserve
and the 18 hole Warren Golf Club.

We are the only Touring

Peppermint Park welcomes
touring caravans, motor homes, trailer tents
and campers. Most of our touring pitches are
individually marked and are served by 240volt
/ 10 amp electric hook-up points. All touring
pitches are on level grass terraces around the
Park.
Tents can be accommodated
on electric and non-electric hook-up pitches
and in peak season additional camping pitches
are available in the casual area for tents.
Well behaved dogs and
pets are welcomed at Peppermint Park

All caravans at Peppermint
Park are in private ownership. However, we are
fortunate to be able to let a number of these
luxury holiday homes, on behalf of the individual
owners, under our managed letting scheme.
The holiday homes are of the
highest standard, all having achieved the prestigious
Rose Award, and all have private timber decks.
All models are 12 ' wide, are double glazed,
centrally heated and equipped to high standards.
All will comfortably sleep up to six people.

Retreat Lodges provide comfortable and spacious
accommodation in all seasons. The lodges are
all located within "The Crescent" and are only
a short walk from both the beach and Peppermint’s
own outdoor swimming pool

From most parts of the
country take the M5 motorway to junction 30
Exeter.
Follow the A379 Dawlish
road.
After some 7 miles,
through Kenton and Starcross, turn left to Dawlish
Warren just before Dawlish.
Continue for just over
a mile and after going down the hill and following
the road to the left, the Park entrance is on
the left.
