Little Cotton Caravan Park is a family run caravan park for families, located only a mile and a half from Dartmouth town centre, yet still surrounded by green fields.

An exceptionally well tended park with breathtaking views across the countryside towards Dartmoor makes Little Cotton an ideal spot to relax on a summers evening with a barbecue.

The park covers 7.5 acres of level and gently sloping ground, comprising of 2 open plan fields, with a centrally located toilet and shower block, a separate tent area and separate dog walking area.

Little Cotton is the ideal site for visiting the very picturesque town of Dartmouth with its winding streets, excellent family shopping and excellent pubs and restaurants.

Little Cotton has 95 touring caravan / motor home pitches, this includes 30 hard-standing pitches; plus additional tent pitches, all of which are level or gently sloping.

The site is kept in excellent condition throughout the season to make your stay as trouble-free and enjoyable as possible.

An additional feature of our site is the ability to be able to leave your vehicle parked on site and use the Park & Ride bus service into Dartmouth.Customers are able to purchase bus only tickets from reception; at a reduced rate and use the bus for unlimited journeys on the day of purchase. The Park & Ride site is adjacent to Little Cotton and access is via a sheltered gateway through the hedge; as shown.

Park facilities include a superb Award Winning Shower / Toilet complex comprising spacious showers and individual vanity cubicles as well as full baby changing facilities, disabled facilities, a dishwashing area with specially deep sinks, laundrette style washing machines, large tumble driers and an ironing board.

Dartmouth is renowned as a holiday centre and is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with superb scenery, blue-flag beaches and the magnificent River Dart with the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway running along the river bank.

At the head of Dart Estuary you'll find the magnificent defensive fortifications of Dartmouth Castle, an English Heritage site.

The River Dart is one of the most spectacular estuaries in the British Isles, in terms of scenic beauty, natural wildlife and also historic interest.

RiverLink offer pleasure boat cruises on the River Dart or coastal cruises to Torbay or Salcombe.

RiverLink also offer a Round Robin experience. This is a unique circular tour offering sight-seeing trips by pleasure boat, steam railway, ferry and bus.

Little Cotton is the ideal spot for exploring the beauty and history of the South Hams. The towns are steeped in history; you'll find shopping a refreshing experience; art and antiques to locally produced food and crafts.

So you can choose between a leisurely stroll through the old town's narrow streets, shopping and browsing around the market, a trip on the river, a nostalgic ride into the past on a steam train, sampling the good country food in pubs and restaurants or just lazing the day away on the beach.
