| Edeswell Farm has 4 tasteful cottages, 2 converted
from an old barn the 3rd converted from an old dairy in the same
courtyard. At Edeswell Valley we offer you use of our Indoor Heated
Swimming Pool which is very relaxing especially in the morning or
later in the day. The pool is usually open throughout the day but
the times will be displayed by the reception. South Hams has something
for everyone. From Brixham fishing harbour in the East, Plymouth
with it’s shopping and wide range of attractions in the West, dramatic
Dartmoor in the North and Bolberry Down which is on our doorstep. |

| As you enter the cottage you are
greeted with a large lounge, with comfortable modern
furnishings, Leather sofa and wooden pine furniture.
This lounge is equipped with a Colour TV and CD player. |
| Also downstairs there is a fully
fitted modern kitchen, shower room with basin and WC. |
| Upstairs there are two bedrooms,
one with two single beds and the other a double bedroom.

| The Brook Cottage is a beautiful
studio character cottage adjoining the main farm house
with stunning views over the lawn, tree plantation and
shared courtyard with a lovely little stream and a cute
little wooden bridge crossing the stream to gain access
to the tree plantation and dog walking area. |
| Downstairs there is a fully fitted
kitchen, dining area with two windows looking onto the
courtyard and a third window on the opposite side looking
over the lawn. Lounge area with three piece suite, solid
fuel burner, TV, double bed in alcove under stairs. |
| Upstairs, two single beds. Through
an archway into the bathroom there is a toilet, wash
basin, bath with an electric shower. |

| As you open the door of this beautiful
character cottage you are met with a cosy open plan,
Lounge area with leather sofa and chairs, TV, Dining
room, fully fitted Kitchen with wooden beams, wooden
floor and patio doors to small balcony. |

to give you the Devon Cottage feeling. |
| Easy stairs to first floor where
you will find two bedrooms, 1 Double Bedroom, 1 twin
(both with sloping beamed ceilings). |
| The upstairs also accommodates a
Bathroom comprising of a Shower and WC. |

| This cottage has similar aspects
to the swift cottage with its beautiful wooden beams
and flooring. The open plan interior allows the light
to capture the wooden furniture and the cottage-like
décor lends itself to the Devon atmosphere. |
| Again, the fixtures are similar
to that of the Swift, comfortable Lounge area, combined
with Dining area and Kitchen. |
| Upstairs has two bedroom, one with
a double bed and the other two single bunk beds. |
| The upstairs also accommodates a
Bathroom comprising of a Shower and WC. |

| Even though we are small, we have many of the
facilities found on much larger sites, these include: |

Large heated indoor swimming pool with
changing rooms and showers. The pool is set to 27 degrees
celcius which is a couple of degrees lower than a public pool.
However in sunny weather our Solar heating will lift it to
about 30 degrees. |

Dog walking field with up to 2 miles of
walking track around the farm set in 23 acres. |
