A picturesque quiet country park, set in 21 acres of gently rolling Devonshire countryside, having natural woodlands and the Harbourne River forming its boundaries. It is in close proximity to magnificent Dartmoor with its superb scenery and walks and also the spectacular South Devon coastline offering a varied choice of beaches.

Conveniently situated midway between Plymouth and Exeter on the A385 (½ off A38) which allows easy access to beaches, coves, beauty spots and numerous places of interest. Edeswell is an ideal base for touring Devon & Cornwall and for providing a quiet and relaxed holiday for families, couples and pets in a country environment.

The owners are resident on the site and are involved with the day to day running of it. This is reflected in the high standards of cleanliness and tidiness that is immediately apparent on arrival.

There are 22 caravan holiday homes, three holiday cottages plus new luxury Holiday Lodges for sale.

We have a choice of deluxe and standard caravans with various layouts to suit parties of up to six people. All caravans have a shower, flushing toilet, colour television, gas fire, domestic cooker, fridge. The deluxe caravans come with microwaves and panel heaters or central heating in all rooms. The caravans and are connected to mains gas, electricity, water and drainage, all of which are included in the price. Cars are parked a short distance from the caravans to ensure peace and safety.

Edeswell Farm has two tasteful cottages converted from an old barn. They both provide spacious light and airy accommodation with beamed ceilings and wooden floors (downstairs) they enjoy superb views of the countryside. They have been built to an extremely high standard and designed to minimise and conserve energy. They are open plan consisting of kitchen lounge/dining area, upstairs they have two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower. Electricity is payable by meter.

Our facilities include a large indoor heated pool, a games room with pool, table tennis, air hockey and amusement machines. A wildlife and animal centre, a childrens play park and should you need it, there is a laundry room with automatic washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities. How To Find Us

From the North: Ignore all Rattery signs. Approximately 23 miles south of Exeter take the Marley Head junction - A385 to Totnes, Dartington and Torbay. Edeswell Farm is a 1/2 mile on the right.

From the South: Ignore South Brent signs. Approximately 20 miles north of Plymouth on the A38 turn off to the A385 showing Totnes, Torbay and Dartington. At the roundabout follow the A385 to Totnes, Dartington and Torbay. Edeswell Farm is a 1/2 mile on the right.
