The property comprises the original house, full of period charm and character, plus a converted adjoining former outbuilding, which has been converted in an attractive, contemporary style, including a full height sun room at one end with French doors opening on to the terrace and gardens. The property has recently been refurbished throughout, including new fitted kitchen and bathrooms. |
| The gardens are a particular feature of the house, consisting of gently sloping lawns, well stocked borders, and enclosed by a traditional brick wall flanked with apple and pear espalier trees. There is also an organic vegetable patch. |
| The house is approached by a short gravel drive, with turning and parking area, with a separate timber framed car port. There is ample parking space for 3-4 cars. |

The kitchen has a range of bespoke fitted elm base and wall cupboards, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric range cooker. The kitchen leads to the well proportioned and large dining room with large exposed beams. |
| An inner hall then leads to the oldest part of the house, currently a sitting room with a large stone fireplace and woodburner, mullion windows, built in window seat, piano and a glazed door to lobby leading out to the parking area. |
| Leading off from the other side of the kitchen is a hall leading to the lovely sun room, currently used as a play room, with glazed picture windows around two sides, and French doors to the terrace and gardens, with a washing line, summer furniture, large gas barbeque, plant shed, and very large "spring free" fully enclosed trampoline.
