By Car: Buckfastleigh is between Exeter and Plymouth on the main A38. Leave at the Dart Bridge junction and follow the signs. From Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton, travel via Newton Abbot and the A383 to the A38. Totnes is on the A381 from Kingsbridge and Dartmouth and the A385 from Paignton. The SDR station is close to the main line station.

By Train: First Great Western, Virgin Cross Country, Wales and West and Alphaline services from all parts of the west country and beyond serve Totnes main line station. Follow the signs to the SDR station.
