Explore the Maer … if you dare!
This five acre grassland is home to some weird and wonderful wildlife. Climb and slide on huge, wooden beasts in the Play Zone then it's off to discover critters such as the musical Grasshopper, Wolf Spider and luminous Puss Moth Caterpillar. Using a smartphone, go to www.maermobilechallenge.co.uk and play the interactive nature trail. Explore every corner of the Maer answering questions on your smartphone, searching for hidden clues and trying to spot the creatures yourself. The question is: Have you got what it takes to be a Maer Ranger?
In addition to the Play Zone and interactive trail, the Maer has its own BBQ area making it the perfect place for a family feast of fun.
